দুই বছর পবিত্র কোরআন শরীফ ব্যবহার ও তেলাওয়াত না করায় মাটিতে পরিণত হয়েছে। মাটিতে রূপান্তর হওয়া এমন দুটি কোরআন শরীফের সন্ধান পাওয়া গেছে গাইবান্ধার সাদুল্যাপুর উপজেলার বনগ্রাম ইউনিয়নের হবিবুল্লাহপুর গ্রামের হাবিবুর রহমান নামে এক ব্যক্তির বাড়ীতে।
মঙ্গলবার বিকেলে হাবিবুর রহমানের বৃদ্ধা মা ওমিছান নেছা বিষয়টি দেখতে পান।

ওমিছান নেছা আরো জানান, মঙ্গলবার বিকেলে ঘর ও ঘরের শোকেজসহ অন্যান্য মালামাল পরিস্কার করতে গিয়ে কোরআন শরীফ দুটি মাটিতে পরিণত হওয়ার বিষয়টি দেখতে পান।
কোরআন শরীফ দুটিতে দেখা যায়, দীর্ঘদিন ব্যবহার ও তেলাওয়াত না করায় কোরআন শরীফের কাগজ বা আরবী হরফের কোন চিহ্ন নেই। সম্পূর্ণ কোরআন শরীফ দুটি একদম পরিপূর্ণ মাটিতে পরিণত হয়েছে। তবে কোরআন শরীফ দুটির উপরের প্লাষ্টিক দিয়ে মোড়ানো কভার পাতা ও প্লাষ্টিকের রেহেল দুটি ঠিক আগের মতোই রয়েছে।
